Return & Refund Policy for Digital Products

Refunds

We hope you love what you ordered, but all digital products are non-refundable by default.  Refunds will not be provided for any subscription and digital product. We do not provide Credit, Refunds, Returns, or prorated billing for digital products. We also do not accept any refunds and returns on those products which are cancelled mid-month.

In such circumstances, you will continue to have access to your Subscription and Digital Product until the end of the monthly billing cycle.

Exchanges

Our items are not exchangeable once you have downloaded our books or courses and have accessed them. Please make sure you have selected the correct book or course when choosing a Digital Product or Course from us.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours from ordering, provided you have not downloaded the course or successfully logged in to access the course.   After 24 hours, you will not be able to cancel your order.
