Refund & Return Policy for Digital Products
We hope you love what you ordered—thank you for supporting independent creators and working musicians.
Refunds
All digital product sales (PDF eBooks, sheet music, downloads, online courses) are final. No refunds, returns, or credits are issued once content has been accessed or downloaded. We do not provide refunds for digital products canceled mid-month or due to change-of-mind.
Subscriptions
If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of instant digital access, exchanges are not possible. Please double-check the product description, format, and content before purchase.
Cancellations
You may cancel a digital order within 24 hours if the item has not been downloaded or accessed. After that, cancellations are not possible.
Technical Support
If you’re having trouble downloading your product or accessing course materials, contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue promptly.
Print Book Orders
Print books are sold and fulfilled by trusted retailers such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, Walmart.com, Powell’s, and Alibris. Please refer to each retailer’s return policy if needed.
