I’m an independent working musician and publisher. Most items sold on this website are digital products, and some physical posters are printed and shipped by a third-party fulfillment partner (Gelato).
This page explains how delivery works depending on what you purchase.
1) Digital Products (PDFs, downloads, digital courses)
- No shipping is required for digital products.
- Digital items are delivered electronically via account access and/or email.
- Delivery is typically immediate after checkout.
If you do not receive an email right away, check your spam/junk folder. You can also log into your account on this website to access your downloads and purchases.
Because digital products are delivered online, shipping carriers, transit times, and shipping fees do not apply.
2) Printed Posters (Fulfilled by Gelato)
Some posters sold on this website are produced and shipped through Gelato, a global print-on-demand fulfillment provider.
- Posters are printed after you place an order (print-on-demand).
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and quantity.
- The shipping price shown at checkout is the final shipping charge for poster orders placed on this website.
- Delivery time includes both production time and shipping transit time.
- Tracking availability depends on destination and shipping method.
Because posters are made to order, production may begin soon after purchase. Available shipping options and delivery estimates are shown during checkout and may vary by location.
3) Print Books Sold Elsewhere (Amazon KDP / Ingram)
Most physical print books are sold through third-party retailers such as Amazon or other bookstores and distributors.
- If you purchase a print book from Amazon or another retailer, their shipping policies apply.
- This website does not control shipping, delivery times, or fulfillment for those third-party orders.
This website primarily sells digital editions and does not act as the shipper for print books fulfilled elsewhere.
Shipping Regions
- Digital products: available worldwide
- Posters: shipped to destinations supported by Gelato
- Print books: shipping regions and availability are determined by the retailer (e.g., Amazon)
Address Accuracy
For physical poster orders, please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Because posters are produced on demand, address changes may not be possible once production has started.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international poster orders, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may be applied by your country. These fees are not controlled by this website and are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery Issues or Damaged Posters
If a poster arrives damaged or there is a delivery issue, please contact me using the website contact form and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue (if applicable)
- The shipping address used at checkout
I will coordinate next steps with the fulfillment provider as appropriate.
Cancellations
Digital products are delivered electronically and generally cannot be cancelled once access is provided.
Print posters are produced on demand and may not be cancellable once production begins.
